Feature Benefits

 Elegant & Intuitive CMS
Web-based - for sophisticated anytime, anywhere editing.

Edit content with an easy-to-use WYSIWYG editor.

Create, edit, delete sections, pages within sections, move pages, manipulate menus, and edit content via simple Web page forms.

No need to FTP HTML files to and from server.

View site organization and contents of each section via a CMS Web page.

 Component Architecture
Allows component "assets" (text content, graphics, data, etc.) to be edited separately without interfering with other components or the code for the site.

Editing textual content does not require access to the entire HTML file that defines the code for the page.

Allows programmers, copy writers, artists to work independently without requiring access to one another's files.

 Dynamic Pages
Greater performance over the Internet. Faster delivery of pages to the client browser, since page is constructed in RAM rather than reading everything from disk.

Fewer pages to maintain means lower maintenance cost.

 Automatic Menu System
Pages are automatically added to the menu system when the page is created.

No need to edit links or modify menu code when adding, deleting, or moving pages.

No need to "teach" existing pages about a newly added page, or to "teach" a newly added page about all existing pages.

 Smart Menu System
Menu system "knows" what page you're on, so it can automatically highlight the page in the menu.

Hyperlink will automatically be removed from the current page in the menu system, which prevents users from clicking a link that simply redisplays the current page.

Go from any page to any other page in the site with only 2 clicks.
Client History: Newbridge Publishing & Sundance Publishing- www.Newbridge Online, www.SundancePub.com
Newbridge and Sundance are sister companies with a shared history.  In June of 2000, Sundance Publishing heard our presentation at the Association of Education Publishers conference. They were intrigued by the e-commerce system we demonstrated and sent us the RFP that had been sent to several developers.  When we were awarded the contract, they told us that they loved the idea of working with developers who had extensive backgrounds in education and print catalogs, so we got to work and launched the site before the end of the year.

They were so happy with the results, that they returned to us in late 2001 and began talking to us about a new site for Newbridge Publishing.  Cuesta studied the requirements and came up with a plan to help them save money but using a similar template but different design and the same database.  The Newbridge site launched in 2002.

The sites have a lot of content, and would normally require two Webmasters to keep them going. But because the back-end of each system is identical, they have a  single Webmistress assigned to the two sites.
